How many people can fit in the AirSpace?
Depending on the seating arrangement, we can accommodate up to 50 people. Row seating is available for a maximum of 40 people. Our lounge comfortably seats 15 people on sofas and around bar tables. Each of the four meeting rooms can accommodate 8 people.
Is it possible to book catering?
Our partners are happy to provide you with a wide variety of culinary delights. Depending on the duration and scope of your event, we’d be happy to prepare a customized quote for snacks, refreshments during breaks, and hot meals.
Can the rooms also be rented on a weekly or monthly basis?
Depending on availability, the meeting rooms at AirSpace can also be booked for recurring workshops or events. This simply needs to be coordinated with the booking of the large seminar room. Please feel free to contact us if you’re interested.
What technical equipment is available?
The AirSpace is equipped with a high-performance Epson laser projector that projects a sharp image even in bright lighting conditions (10,000 ANSI lumens). A large motorized screen is mounted on the ceiling (3 m x 1.7 m / 16:9). Microphones are available in the form of a wireless handheld microphone and a headset. In addition, you can rent a Samsung Smartflip digital whiteboard, four flip charts, a bulletin board, and a presentation kit from us.
